- Strong commitment to the Catholic faith, and to the importance of Catholic school ministry in the Church
- Bachelor’s degree and pursuing a master’s degree with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in supervision, curriculum, instruction, and other related educational administration courses, preferred.
- Successful teaching experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, parents, and the Archdiocesan Department of Catholic Schools
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate difficult conversations with empathy and clarity.
- Five years’ experience in teaching or administration in a Catholic School, preferred.
- Provide visionary leadership to the school community
- Ensure the Catholic identity and mission of the school are upheld
- Collaborate with the principal, priest, faculty, staff, and parents to create a positive and supportive school culture
- Oversee the academic program and ensure that it meets the needs of all students
- Conducts teacher observations and performs evaluations for designated faculty and staff.
- Ensure compliance with all Archdiocesan and state regulations
- Communicate regularly with parents and stakeholders about school events and initiatives
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices
